Biography

Sharon, born in CDMX, "since I was little, I felt curiosity and amazement for art, painting, photography."

My work is a form of introspection, a self-portrait, perhaps.

In each canvas, I experience a catharsis; I surrender to a vital and complex process by creating my language through a symbolic code.

Themes such as love, creation, and experiential questions define my being as a Creative Woman and mark my feminine perspective.

Today I see art as an experience of analysis of the human condition, being in its individuality and in its life in society, which is a way of questioning ourselves through lines, where we are in time and space, which are ultimately the coordinates of creativity.

I follow my thoughts, perceptions, sensations, and experiences with the rigor of the language of art itself - its techniques that I experience anew, the requirements of a serious proposal, the conviction that the aesthetics it summons result from sustained and, at the same time, authentic work.

As an artist, I am interested in establishing a dialogue with the viewer in which I submerge them in an atmosphere of questions and curiosity, distancing them for a moment from their questions or the triviality that traps them... thus building the perfect analogy of life—itself in the field of encounters that art summons.

"Out of the need to express my deepest feelings, it was my first approach to intervened photography, Art History."
